Refund Policy

Hi, thanks for your purchase with us on our Website www.complykart.com (“Complykart”) . Please read terms & conditions of our website carefully which will give you an overview of your rights and obligations as a customer, with respect to services we provide to you.

Complykart always make best effort to provide the service and guarantee your satisfaction with our support system to you as per the specifications mentioned against each order.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Any major or substantial changes made by you to an order after the contract has been concluded shall entitle complykart to either modify the quoted price and/or term of delivery or refuse to execute the order or refuse to refund for the order. In the latter case, the Client shall pay for the work already performed.

Complykart shall be entitled to raise the agreed price if it is forced to perform more work or incur more costs than might reasonably have been foreseen on conclusion of the contract as a result of having to work with very difficult or unclear specifications, for example, faulty files or computer programs supplied by you. However, this list of examples is not exhaustive.

However if, due to any reason (except any Act of God e.g. flood, earthquake, fire etc. or riots, any incident beyond our reasonable control) we are unable to provide to you the service or product you purchased from us, then you shall be entitled to a refund which shall be subject on the following situations:

  1. The Refund shall be only considered in the event there is a clear, visible deficiency with the service or product purchased from Complykart.
  2. In the event a customer has paid for a service and then requests for a refund only because he does not want the service anymore, the refund shall not be considered as there is no fault, defect in the service of Complykart.
  3. Refund requests shall not be entertained after the work has been shared with you in the event of change of mind. However, we may give you the option of using the amount paid for by you, for an alternative service in Complykart amounting to the same value and the said amount could be applied in part or whole towards the said new service; and
  4. If the request for a refund has been raised 30 (thirty) days after the purchase of a service or product has been completed and the same has been intimated and indicated via email or through any form of communication stating that the work has been completed, then, such refund request shall be deemed invalid and shall not be considered.
  5. If the request for the refund has been approved by Complykart, the same shall be processed and intimated to you via email. This refund process could take a minimum of 15 (fifteen) business days to process and shall be credited to your bank account accordingly. We shall handle the refund process with care and ensure that the money spent by you is returned to you at the earliest.

Complaints and Disputes

If you have any complaints about the service supplied by Complykart, you should submit them in writing as soon as possible, yet never later than 10 days after receiving the said service. Lodging a complaint shall not release your obligation to pay.

If no complaints are made within the term fixed, the service shall be deemed to have been fully accepted, and Complykart shall only act on complaints if it sees fit to do so.

In the case of a valid complaint, Complykart shall be granted a reasonable period of time to improve or substitute the service. If Complykart cannot reasonably be expected to perform the required improvements or substitution, it may grant you a discount.

Your right to complain shall lapse if you have yourself edited or has hired others to edit the part or parts of the service concerned in the complaint, regardless of whether it has subsequently supplied the service to a third party or not.
